DEALERTRACK EXPANDS SUITE OF INTEGRATED IT PRODUCTS
|
| DealerTrack expands domain. |
February 12, 2006—DealerTrack, Lake Success, N.Y., announced additions to its product lineup yesterday. The DealerTrack software suite now covers the entire sales and finance process:
- The Aftermarket Network will provide free access to aftermarket contract ratings and quotes from providers, including Life of the South and LoJack. Available aftermarket products include extended service contracts, credit life and disability insurance, and vehicle recovery systems.
- DealWatch helps dealers securely gather and store sensitive customer information in compliance with record-retention rules. ExactID checks customers’ names against the Office of Foreign Assets Control watch list and flags possible matches onscreen. DealerTrack also has a free regulatory compliance guide, which will be updated as needed.
- DealerTrack recently acquired inventory management software company DealerWire. The DealerWire product evaluates a store’s new- and used-vehicle sales and inventory performance by make, model, and trim; reviews inventory and recommends vehicles to buy or unload; and reports on return on investment and days to turn.
- SalesMaker integrates sales, finance, inventory, and desking functions. It lets dealership staffers look at lease, balloon, and financing options side-by-side; helps structure deals for customers at all credit levels; cuts duplicate data entry; and uploads, decodes, and books out inventory.
