In the weekly “Best Business Tips,” we ask dealers for their input on everything from hot auto-retail issues to effective business practices.

To be in the column, simply e-mail a possible topic or at least submit your complete contact info, including name, title, phone number, and dealership name, address, and Web-site address. (A high-resolution, digital head shot photo MUST be attached to your e-mail.)
